If I test in August, would I be able to complete the hiring process in time for the November academy?

Our goal will be to have the applicants testing in August ready to attend the November academy. Whether or not we can accomplish this goal will be determined by many variables out of our control. A large variable is the number of applicants that test and the number of them that make it to the background phase of the hiring process. The background on each applicant usually takes three to four weeks.
