<  Police Officer  ~  Question regarding page 23 and 24 of Application

Page 23 asks us to list all traffic and parking citations received in our lifetime. Is there a State agency that has these? I ordered my driving record and my old speeding tickets are not on there due to Defensive Driving. I only have a copy of a few tickets with me, none from the 90's though.
Also, what if we can't remember when we got a Red light camera ticket , but remember which location it was. Do we just fill out each space as much as we can remember or are we suppose to get a record of all violations/accidents somewhere? (Page 24 asks for all accidents, and I have no record of a minor fender bender I was in back in 2000)

My recommendation is to be as thorough as possible. If you know that you received a citation or were involved in an accident, list as much information about it as possible. If necessary, list only approximate dates along with the violation. The goal is to not appear as if you are being deceptive.
